User data collected by KinderPass may include, but is not limited to:

    • Data Deletion Process

    • Users who wish to request the deletion of their data from KinderPass can do so by following these steps:
      • Send an email to hello@mykinderpass.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
      • In the body of the email, provide the necessary information to verify your identity, such as your full name and registered email address.
      • Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity to ensure the security of your data.
      • Upon successful verification, we will proceed to delete the requested data from our systems within 30 days.

    • Certain data may be retained by KinderPass for legal or legitimate business purposes, including but not limited to:
      • Compliance with legal obligations
      • Prevention of fraud or illegal activities
      • Resolving disputes
      • Ensuring the security of our systems
    • KinderPass reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users through appropriate channels.
